Issue: 

Some MoD BoX jukeboxes were built with the coin switch wired 
incorrectly. 

Games affected: 

MoD BoX jukeboxes built prior to June 23, 2006.  The first six digits of 
the serial number represent the date the game was built. 

Symptoms: 

If the coin mech is wired incorrectly, the coins may not always register. 

Solution: 

Unlock and open the MoD BoX door and check the wiring of the coin 
mech mounted on the door.  The wires should be connected to the 
outside terminals on the coin switch (the common and normally closed 
tabs) as shown in the picture below.  If the coin mech wiring is incorrect, 
turn off the jukebox and move the fast-on connector from the normally 
open tab to the normally closed tab as shown below.
