Canadian Boardwalk Conversion Kits
After installing the enclosed Canadian Boardwalk Conversion Kit, please perform the following quick
steps to ensure that the price will display properly. This will remove the “$1 = 6 credits” display on the
main player screen.
1. Press the SETUP button located inside the coin box area to enter operator setup.
2. The
Credits menu should already be highlighted, simply press the C button to select it.
3. The
Coin-In menu should already be highlighted, press the C button to select the menu.
4. Roll the trackball to move the cursor over the “>” symbol to the left of the “N/A” that appears in
the last row of the Credits column (as shown in Figure 1 below). Then, press the C button once
so that the field now has a “1” in it.
5. Press
the
Start button on the control panel to exit the setup screens. Roll the trackball over the
YES button and press C to confirm you want to exit.
NOTE: Once you exit the Coin-In Menu, the field will revert back to its original “N/A”; however the
“$1 for 6 credits” price will still be removed from the main player screen. It will not reappear
unless you select “Default Settings” on the Coin-In Menu, reinstall the software, perform a two-
button clear or perform certain DIP switch functions. If you perform any of the above to make it
reappear, simply follow the steps again to remove it.
