Problem:

Target assembly coming loose from target spacer.

Games affected:

All dart games.

Symptoms:

Loose target may cause stuck segments or scoring problems.

Cause:

Repeated pounding of board loosens the securing nuts.

Solution:

Add Loctite to the threads of the mounting screw.

Instructions

1.  Turn off the game.

2.  Open the target section door.

3.  Loosen the knurled mounting posts and unhook the slide latches that secure the matrix

switch/wood assembly to the target door. See Figure 1.

4.  Remove the neoprene sheet covering the target assembly.

5.  Squirt a small drop of Loctite threadlocking adhesive on the threads of each (of 4)

mounting screws, above the nuts (shown in Figure 1).

6.  Replace the neoprene sheet.

7.  Replace the matrix switch/wood assembly and secure the mounting posts with the slide

latches.

8.  Turn on the game.
